The Ventra Family — Membership Terms
The short version
- Your membership starts with a 5-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $39.90 on day 5, and then $39.90 every month until you cancel.
- We email you a reminder the day before your first charge.
- You get 30% member pricing storewide and a one-time $20 credit — both apply from your next order onward. The order you joined with is at regular price.

1. What your membership includes
The Ventra Family is a paid monthly membership from Ventra Finds. While your membership is active, you receive:
Member pricing — 30% off storewide. Your 30% member price applies to eligible products across the store on every order you place after the order you joined with. It does not apply to gift cards or to the membership fee itself.
A one-time $20 store credit. Your $20 credit is added when you join and applies to your next order. It expires 90 days after it's issued, requires an active membership at the time you use it, has no cash value, can't be applied to the membership fee, and is limited to one per customer.
2. Your free trial and billing
Your free trial lasts 5 days from the moment you join. You pay nothing for the membership during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method you provided at checkout will be charged $39.90 (USD, plus any applicable taxes) on the fifth day after you joined, and then $39.90 every month on or around the same date, until you cancel. The exact date of your first charge is shown to you before you join and in your confirmation email.
We will email you a reminder the day before your first charge, so the end of your trial never takes you by surprise.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your member benefits until payment succeeds.
3. This is an automatically renewing membership
To be completely clear: the Ventra Family renews automatically every month, and charges continue until you cancel. Joining constitutes your consent to these recurring charges. You can stop them at any time by cancelling — see the next section.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime, online, in about a minute — no phone call, no questions required.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will never be charged.
If you cancel after billing has started, no further charges will be made, and your member benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded.
5. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to join. One active membership per customer; memberships are personal and non-transferable. Member pricing and credits apply to orders placed through your own account on ventrafinds.com.
6. Changes to price or benefits
If we ever change the membership price or materially change the benefits, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the change will only apply to billing periods after that date. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and you won't be charged the new price.
