Display electronics turn the image data into electrical signals for the pixels. Reframe's four-color display uses black, white, red and yellow to create its print-like look.

In electrophoretic e-ink, an electric field moves charged pigment particles. Bringing different pigments toward the viewing surface changes what you see. The brief flash is part of the refresh.

How does Reframe work?

Install your Reframe case, open the compatible companion app and choose a photo or design. Follow the app's NFC transfer instructions and hold your phone steady until the refresh is complete.

The display briefly flashes as it refreshes. Once finished, your image stays visible without continuous power.

Does the case need charging?

No separate battery or charging cable is needed for the e-ink display. NFC from your compatible iPhone powers the refresh. The display then holds the image without continuous power.

Will it look like my phone screen?

Reframe uses a four-color e-ink display: black, white, red and yellow. It has a textured, print-like finish rather than the brightness, colors or detail of a phone screen.

It displays a still image. Colors and fine details in your original photo will be adapted to the e-ink palette.

How do I choose the right model?

On your iPhone, open Settings → General → About and check Model Name. Select that exact model before adding Reframe to your bag.

Camera cutouts and dimensions vary. A case for a Pro, Pro Max, Plus or mini will not fit the standard model just because it belongs to the same iPhone generation.

Can I charge my phone wirelessly?

Wireless charging compatibility has not been verified for this case. If your charger is affected, remove Reframe before charging. MagSafe compatibility is not claimed.

What are the shipping options?

Ventra Finds offers free shipping on all orders. Standard international delivery is listed at approximately 12–22 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, and customs or local carrier delays may add time.

Available options are shown at checkout. International duties and taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility. For delivery questions, contact support@ventrafinds.com.

How do I request a return?

Ventra Finds accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. The published policy excludes sale items and personalized items.

Contact support@ventrafinds.com before sending anything back; returns require approval. For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact support immediately so the issue can be assessed.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ventrafinds.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind / Cancelation
In case of a change of mind or a wish to cancel, Ventra Finds offers a 24 hours period where you can send us an email if you wish to cancel your order.

To respect our employees and rapid fulfilling order time, cancelations made after 24 hours will not be refunded. For a cancelation under 24 hours, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Here are the steps to cancel:
- Email us in the 24 hours timeframe about the cancellation
- Receive the package untouched and unopened
- Ship it back to the provided address and email us your tracking number
- Once we receive the package, the 95% refund will be processed back to you

Please note that any packages refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund. If you choose to refuse your order upon arrival, whether due to a change of mind or any other reason, no refund will be provided. It is important to carefully consider your purchase decision before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Getting the 2 years ultimate care package grants you an absolution that in any case where the phone case would break, we will send you a new one, free of charge.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.
