    Level 5 is no joke

    Strong on the top level, I live on 2 or 3. The straps are smart, you pull and it digs in exactly where you want. Took a star off because I wish the cable was longer.

What sounds does it play?

Built-in speakers on both sides play calm sounds like rain while it massages, so you don't need your phone or earbuds.

How long does the battery last?

About 8 hours of use on a full charge with the included USB-C cable. It's cordless, so you can use it on the couch, at your desk or in the car.

Can I use it in the car?

Yes, in the passenger seat or parked. Add the Road Charger to run and charge it from your car's 12V socket on long drives. Never use it while you are driving.

Is it heavy?

It weighs just under 2 lb and the magnetic ends hold it in place, so it rests on your shoulders instead of pulling on your neck.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and unplug it, then wipe the fabric with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry before the next use.
