Portabooth photobooth preorders

Portabooth is a development-stage preorder and does not follow the in-stock dispatch and transit windows below. The planning target for first dispatch is January–February 2027; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Engineering, testing, sourcing or production delays may change this window. We will notify affected customers if the timeline changes. Full cancellation refunds remain available any time before dispatch.

Portabooth preorder shipping is free to United States addresses. Other destinations are not currently offered for this product. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery timing after dispatch will depend on the carrier and destination; tracking will be provided when available. A printer, printer consumables and USB power source are not included in any Portabooth preorder bundle. These terms apply only to Portabooth orders and take precedence over conflicting general delivery statements below.

General shipping terms for other products

The general store delivery terms below apply to products other than Portabooth. They do not expand Portabooth shipping beyond United States addresses or change its development-stage dispatch estimate. Portabooth orders are governed exclusively by the product-specific shipping section above.

Ventra Ember: 30-day at-home trial

Try Ember at home for 30 days from delivery, even after use. If it is not right for you, email support@ventrafinds.com within those 30 days with your order number to request a return and refund of the price paid for the returned Ember wrap(s). We will provide return instructions and a return label. Please contact us before sending anything back.

This Ember-specific trial covers single and Duo purchases, including discounted orders. It overrides the general unused-item, personal-care, sale-item and restocking-fee restrictions for eligible Ember trial returns. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and the refund is approved; bank processing times may vary. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Ventra ZipEase: 90-day money-back guarantee

Try Ventra ZipEase with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Within 90 days of purchase, you can return your socks for a refund or exchange them for a different size, no questions asked.

This product-specific ZipEase guarantee applies to discounted ZipEase purchases as well and takes precedence over the general 30-day unused-item and sale-item restrictions. Other products follow the standard Ventra Finds policy.

Try Beacon for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, email support@ventrafinds.com within those 30 days with your order number. We will send return instructions. Once the returned backpack is received, we refund the price paid for it to your original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing times may vary. Please contact us before sending anything back.

This Beacon-specific guarantee covers every Beacon pack (1, 2 or 3 backpacks) and the Beacon Light Kit, including its headlight and brake light, and discounted orders. It takes precedence over the general unused-item, sale-item and restocking-fee restrictions for eligible Beacon returns. The free bike light set does not need to be returned. Statutory rights are unaffected.

NightCheck Drink Test Nail Stickers: 30-day money-back guarantee

Try NightCheck for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, email support@ventrafinds.com within those 30 days with your order number and we will refund the price you paid for NightCheck to your original payment method, even if you have used some stickers. There is no need to send anything back. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; bank processing times may vary.

This NightCheck-specific guarantee covers every NightCheck pack (10 stickers, 20 stickers + Safety Kit, 40 stickers), including the Safety Kit items and discounted orders, and takes precedence over the general unused-item, personal-care, sale-item and restocking-fee restrictions for eligible NightCheck refunds. The free pocket light does not need to be returned. Statutory rights are unaffected.

General returns policy for other products

Portabooth photobooth preorders

These terms apply only to Portabooth Portable Photobooth preorders and override conflicting cancellation, restocking-fee and sale-item exclusions below. Portabooth is in development and is not in stock. Payment is collected in full at checkout. You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, with no cancellation or restocking fee. Email support@ventrafinds.com with your order number. If we cancel the project, all unfulfilled Portabooth preorders will be refunded in full. If the estimated dispatch window changes, we will notify affected customers and retain their right to cancel before dispatch. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval; bank processing times may vary.

After delivery, Portabooth customers may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Obtain return authorization and instructions by contacting support@ventrafinds.com before returning an item. Defective, damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can make things right. These terms do not limit statutory rights.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind / Cancelation
In case of a change of mind or a wish to cancel, Ventra Finds offers a 24 hours period where you can send us an email if you wish to cancel your order.

To respect our employees and rapid fulfilling order time, cancelations made after 24 hours will not be refunded. For a cancelation under 24 hours, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Here are the steps to cancel:
- Email us in the 24 hours timeframe about the cancellation
- Receive the package untouched and unopened
- Ship it back to the provided address and email us your tracking number
- Once we receive the package, the 95% refund will be processed back to you

Please note that any packages refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund. If you choose to refuse your order upon arrival, whether due to a change of mind or any other reason, no refund will be provided. It is important to carefully consider your purchase decision before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Getting the 2 years ultimate care package grants you an absolution that in any case where the phone case would break, we will send you a new one, free of charge.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
