Returns & support

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind / Cancelation
In case of a change of mind or a wish to cancel, Ventra Finds offers a 24 hours period where you can send us an email if you wish to cancel your order.

To respect our employees and rapid fulfilling order time, cancelations made after 24 hours will not be refunded. For a cancelation under 24 hours, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Here are the steps to cancel:
- Email us in the 24 hours timeframe about the cancellation
- Receive the package untouched and unopened
- Ship it back to the provided address and email us your tracking number
- Once we receive the package, the 95% refund will be processed back to you

Please note that any packages refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund. If you choose to refuse your order upon arrival, whether due to a change of mind or any other reason, no refund will be provided. It is important to carefully consider your purchase decision before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What to know before their first play break.

My cat is overweight. Will this help them lose weight?

PounceClub can help you offer opportunities for active play as part of a healthy-weight routine. A toy alone cannot guarantee weight loss. Food portions, overall health and a plan from your veterinarian matter too. Start with comfortable activity your cat chooses to join.

My cat ignores most toys. Why try this one?

A stationary toy waits for your cat to act. PounceClub provides the movement: a feather-tailed target that rises and falls. If your cat shows interest in dangling or prey-like toys, it is a different invitation to play. Let them investigate at their own pace and rotate it with the free spring toys; preferences vary by cat.

Do they have to jump? Is it suitable for an older cat?

No jumping is needed to enjoy watching, reaching and swatting. Position the teaser within easy reach. For an older cat, a very overweight cat or one with limited mobility, ask your veterinarian what activity is comfortable. If their activity has suddenly dropped, get them checked before treating it as boredom.

Can I use it while I am working or out of the house?

Use it only when you can actively supervise. Automatic means the motor moves the teaser; it does not mean unattended play. Check the cord and attachments before use, stop if anything is damaged, and put the toy out of reach afterward.

The motor is USB-C rechargeable, so you can recharge it between play sessions instead of buying disposable batteries. Follow the supplied charging instructions and charge away from your cat.
